Job title: Prep Cook

Job location: Hagerstown, MD
Job Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for recipes under supervision of chefs or kitchen supervisors
- Wash, Peel, Chop, Slice, Measure ingredients
- Maintain Cleanliness, and Organization of Food Prep areas and Equipment
- Label and Store Ingredients to ensure food safety
- Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes
- Assist with Basic Cooking Tasks such as blending, mixing, or assembling dishes
- Maintain Compliance with Health Sanitation and Safety Standards
- Unload and Stock Deliveries, and take inventory
- Perform other kitchen support tasks as needed
Work Requirements:
- Working Weekends and Holidays are REQUIRED
- Must be available for Morning and Evening shifts
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs
- Must be able to pass Drug Screening
